“ Great coffee, interesting knickknacks around that were fun conversation starters, staff were helpful, immediately felt like our ‘local’ coffee hangout. Highly recommend ”
“ Delicious traditional Scottish food. Excellent breakfast (especially the Haggis!) and great service, even when they're busy. Really friendly staff too, I'd highly recommend trying here ”
“ Had a nice breakfast and a cup of tea. A wide selection of ice cream, but too early for me today. Friendly atmosphere inside worth a visit. ”
“ I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The food was delicious! The staff were really busy and they still made the effort to ask how our food was. Top class service. If you’re in Fort William and you’re looking for food, come to this place! ”
“ Great service and excellent food. We met the owner who was lovely and welcomed us from our visiting trip to Scotland from Canada. A great spot and likely could be much larger to accommodate more people. Pastries and ice cream also very delicious. ”
“ What a gem of a place! Stumbled upon this cafe on a day it was closed but the owners, who happened to be inside, opened the doors for my sons when they’re disappointed faces peered through the glass at the closed ice cream counter! They were so welcoming and charming, what a ridiculously lovely thing to do! The kids scoffed their ice creams and the coffee was really great. Would give this sweet place 10 stars if I could! ”
“ In the words of my husband “that’s a very good mocha”, and it was. We stopped here for some fuel before hitting the road and the full breakfast just hit the spot. One egg was over done, the other wasn’t but actually that’s the way we both prefer our eggs so it really was meant to be. Lovely local bits & bobs that are purchasable in the cafe as well. Pastries, ice cream, good food & coffee. What’s not to love? ”
“ Lovely, cosy little cafe nestled in the centre of Fort William. While it is small, it packs a punch for food and coffee quality, atmosphere, (I love the converted sewing machine table), and friendly staff. Especially the hero of the hour, Jamie, who was on hand cleaning tables, delivering loo roll to the toilets, and remaining extremely polite and professional despite some of the tourists speaking to him like he didn't speak English! Get that lad a medal! They also have a pay it forward wall for people in need of food or drink without the means to pay. Wonderful idea! We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area. ”
